Mr. Vanni Ing, at South Australia Government House
Mr. Vanni Ing has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership (M. Ed.), both from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, a Master's in Disability Policy and Practice from Flinders University, Australia, and a Master's Degree in Self-Development from Nature of Truth Institute. He has been a psychological counsellor and soft-skill trainer for over 10 years.

His great passion is empowering people to believe in themselves by relating them with unconditional positive regard; he sees the best in people. As a result, individuals are drawn to his ability to empathize with their respective situations. He has a natural talent for identifying individual's aptitude and placing them in positions to succeed and maximize their potential. Consequently, those participating in his training program are motivated to learn and apply lessons in their life. Mr. Ing is a great communicator that conveys to participants that he has their best interest at heart.

Mr. Ing has provided soft skills training courses, therapy/counselling and life coaching services to both individuals and corporations. Professional Statement
I’m working on a personal success coach, trainer, and young leadership developer dedicated to the improvement of quality of life of people. I provide a wide array of training programs, counseling, life-coaching, and consulting, to help people discover their true self, and illuminate the world with it. In my work, I draw on my former experience as a psychological counselor/therapist and soft skills trainer, as well as my number of years of executive roles to help professionals break through their current limitations and challenges to build more impactful, rewarding, and meaningful lives and work.
